The principal attorney, James T. Murphy, is presently on the Board of Directors and serves as legal counsel to Mother of Good Counsel Home in Roosevelt, New York, which operates in conjunction with a not-for-profit corporation providing foster care and pregnancy and childbirth related services to the poor of Nassau and Suffolk Counties, and he has also counseled other not-for-profit corporations in recreation, charitable, and educational/career development endeavors.

Mr. Murphy also served as chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Floral Park.
